Digital Marketing Apprentice

ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP:

• Website updates, development, management and analytics
• Email communications
• Social media management
• Animation and video
• Data updates and management
• Design and creativity in developing assets for our marketing campaigns
• Event support and attendance
• Leading on new digital ideas that will benefit the business

SKILLS REQUIRED AND PERSONAL QUALITIES:

• Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• IT literate with knowledge and experience in Microsoft office programmes such as word, excel, powerpoint and outlook
• Some understanding of digital marketing including websites, email communications, social media and analytics
• Passion for digital marketing
• Organised, motivated and can-do attitude
• Confident communicator
• Creative and able to articulate ideas and suggestions
• Flexibility for events outside of normal working hours

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• GCSE Grade C or above in English & Maths

LOCATION & DURATION:

• East Park Lodge, East Park Road, Blackburn. BB1 8DW
• Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
• 18 months

FUTURE CAREER PROSPECTS:

• If possible, at the end of the apprenticeship we would look to take this person on as a full-time member of the team

• Additional hours required for events with advance notice including some overnight stays
